📰 As Seen In VoyagePhoenix: Meet Me - Ayanna Hawkins of Florence, AZ

If you’ve followed my journey as a REALTOR® here in Florence and throughout Pinal County, you know that my mission has always been bigger than just buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people truly feel at home in Arizona.

Today is the one year anniversary of when I was featured in VoyagePhoenix, a platform dedicated to spotlighting local entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders making an impact across the Valley.

In my VoyagePhoenix interview, I shared how my background serving in the United States Navy — including time supporting the Blue Angels team — helped shape the discipline, resilience, and commitment I bring to my clients today.

After beginning my real estate career in Florida, I relocated to Arizona in 2019 to continue building a business rooted in service, advocacy, and education — particularly for:

  • First-time home buyers

  • Veterans and active-duty military

  • Seniors

  • Families relocating to Arizona

Today, I proudly serve clients throughout Florence, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and the surrounding communities as part of  Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty.

As highlighted in the VoyagePhoenix feature, my work extends beyond real estate transactions. I am deeply passionate about community-centered initiatives that connect residents with local businesses, events, and resources.

From hosting home buyer seminars and neighborhood events to partnering with small businesses, my goal is to make real estate both accessible and enjoyable.

You may have also seen me:

  • Supporting local events as a Florence Chamber Ambassador

  • Creating hyper-local content to highlight the “hidden gems” of Florence

  • Interviewing business owners on The American Dream TV

  • Advocating for buyers navigating today’s competitive housing market

Because at the end of the day — real estate should feel empowering, not overwhelming.

Like many entrepreneurs, the journey hasn’t been without its challenges. In the interview, I discussed the realities of building a business in a competitive and ever-changing housing market — especially while working to establish credibility in a new state after relocating.

But through consistency, education, and a strong commitment to client advocacy, I’ve been fortunate to grow a business centered on long-term relationships, not just transactions.

One of the key takeaways I shared with VoyagePhoenix was this:

Success doesn’t always come from having the perfect timing — sometimes it comes from simply showing up, staying consistent, and being willing to take the shot anyway.

Whether you're considering homeownership, launching a business, or getting more involved in your local community, having the right guidance and support system can make all the difference.

Being featured in VoyagePhoenix is an incredible honor, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my story with the Phoenix metro community.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home in Florence or the surrounding areas, I’d love to be a resource for you.
